How to lose weight without exercise?

  1. Drink of plenty of water

Water plays a major role in making you lose weight. If you drink plenty of water, you keep your body hydrated. If you drink water before meals, it suppresses your hunger as it makes you feel full. As a result, you eat less to lose weight. For drinking water, keep a water bottle with you always which will act as a reminder for you to drink water. Replacing all the sugary beverages with the water is another strategy that often works well. Another best aspect of fiber is that it makes you feel full for a longer amount of time.

  1. Increase the intake of protein:

Protein is a powerhouse of the body and it reduces hunger to a great extent. When you are trying to lose weight only by controlling your diet, you can give up on anything but not on protein. If you want to lose weight without doing exercise regularly, try to increase the intake of protein. It will build your lean muscles and also aid you in losing weight.
