Which type of juicer is best for the home use?

In recent years, home appliances such as water ovens and electric fryers that are conscious of “health” are gaining popularity. Meanwhile, “an electric juicer” is attracting a lot of attention from people with strong health consciousness.

The Juicer is divided into two types: Screw Type and the other is Centrifugal Type

Today, we will find the answer to the question, which is the best juicer in India. All chips and pitfalls of the devices are discussed and described in this article.

Screw juicers

This type of device works similarly to a meat grinder, ie grinds fruit components and then squeezes the liquid out of them. Screw units at minimum speed, without acceleration.

The advantages of such devices are many which are mentioned:

  • Drink from any food. The device copes with the preparation of fruit nectar from raspberries, blackberries, grapes and more. Spinach, greens, any vegetables can be used. You can even process nuts: for example, to make almond milk.
  • The minimum amount of cake. At the output it turns out very little (5-10%) and it is almost dry.
  • Quiet operation. Various models do not make noise during operation. You can safely create a freshly squeezed drink at any time of day, without disturbing the rest of the household.
  • Built-in self-cleaning option. After extraction of juice it is necessary to fill in the chamber with water, to substitute capacity for waste drain and to include the device – such hygienic procedures eliminate practically all pollution.

Centrifugal juicers

These operate at fairly high speeds, separating the juice and pulp by centrifugal force. In other words, the raw material moves very quickly inside the device, the pulp is pressed into the walls and pure juice is obtained. Through a special hole, the finished product is poured into a prepared container

Centrifugal (its second name – centrifugal) juicer also has a number of advantages:

  • Super speed robot. Various centrifugal devices fruit at speeds from 10,000 to 40,000 revolutions per minute. Such devices are indispensable if you need to quickly process large amounts of edible raw materials.
  • Wide inlet. Any fruits are easily loaded into such neck, even without preliminary crushing.
  • Minimum pulp – maximum juice. The drink is pure without the addition of fruit or vegetable residues.

Such units are ideal for fans of transparent, pulp-free, fruit cocktails. But there are small disadvantages here too:

When preparing the juice through contact with air, a drink with foam is obtained, which is quickly divided into fractions; use no later than 20-30 minutes, then it will lose its rich taste (this applies to freshly squeezed, not canned juice).

Conclusion:

As we have talked about both types of juicers but when the thing comes to home use and easy juice extraction, centrifugal juicers take the lead over screw ones as they are easy to clean and easily repaired in India. You can buy them from the electric chopper exporter in India.
