What are the smart tips for self-studying for the CBSE class 12 board examinations?

In a child’s school journey, the class 12th board exams are the most crucial, this sets a path for their future career. By scoring good grades, one will have an opportunity to be placed in a renowned institute in the future.

However, the excess pressure of scoring good marks in the Board Exam can be nerve-wracking. If a student feels too much pressure, one can follow the CBSE updates carefully. Besides, you need to follow a few simple but effective tips to score in a smarter way.

Here are some important tricks for those students who find it a little difficult to navigate their studies and preparation routines, the ones that do well can follow these points as well to make their preparation more efficient. Once equipped with the basics, one can come up with their own study method, that is more personalized.

  • Do sufficient practice

Every student has their own abilities. It is not important that you have to be a brilliant scholar to score better grades in the 12th board exam. A sufficient amount of practice can help with writing answers better and with confidence; practice helps to understand the logic behind any concept.

This way, the anxiety is lowered as questions are being answered well and to the point, this also shows the one grading the paper that you have studied.

  • Relaxation is important

Many students tend to study a little too much with all exam pressure in hopes that it would help with retention. On the contrary, this is counterproductive as it could lead to burnout or even make one fall sick with all the stress. Fixing a particular time for relaxation in between studies is highly beneficial to cool the mind off and give yourself some buffer time for the brain to process and register information. You will be able to focus better on your syllabus.

  • Manage your own time

Learning to implement time management around your study time is highly advantageous and useful when one gets older, in college for higher studies, and when one is preparing to join a company

With the help of a timetable, 24 hours can be efficiently utilized. Going through the whole syllabus is not possible for anyone on a daily basis. Allot a subject a day, or if that’s too much, allot two subjects a day with fewer chapters to prepare for in each subject.

Make some time to solve previous year’s question papers to gain a better idea of the question paper.

  • Cover the whole syllabus

Do not miss any chapters, the questions you least expect or think won’t appear will definitely be there. Try and finish off the chapters you find difficult first, go through at least the concept on a basic level so if a question happened to appear, you’ll be able to gain some marks rather than none at all.

Leave the chapters you know well in the end, as brushing up on topics won’t be so difficult, it’ll give you the confidence to answer questions and score in full for those questions. So once you’re done writing the paper, you wouldn;t have missed out on anything.

  • Make your own plans

By understanding your own learning style, CBSE updates, and ability you should make your plan to revise the whole syllabus as much time as you can. This is how you will never forget the learned answers for sure.

  • Stop repeating the same mistakes

Take extra care when it comes to your weak points, give them a little more attention. Preparation time is the only time you can make these mistakes, so do not give yourself a hard time if you get it wrong repeatedly, with some patience and practice you will be able to tackle it in time for the exams.

The chances of making the same mistakes will surely decrease day by day. Apart from this, CBSE updates will make you aware of the latest knowledge for sure.

Hopefully, the above-mentioned points and CBSE updates will be able to make you understand the way of success in the 12th board examination. Many students are following these tips and they are actually improving themselves.

Apart from these, you should make contact with previous year’s students to get better and updated tips. Those tips will surely increase the clarity about this exam for you.
