There are even some apps that can help with the tracking. Remember that a woman’s egg is fertile for just twelve to twenty four hours after its release. However, a man’s sperm may survive in a woman’s body for up to five days.

During the fertile Window,  try to have sex every other day

Various women are turning to new technology instruments  to help them keep tabs on when they could be more likely to conceive. However, it is good if you try to have sex during this window. The chances of getting pregnant during  this time are much higher than any other time of the month. once a woman has identified that fertility window, should she have sexed every day? well, studies have shown that there has not really been a big difference in pregnancy rates between couples who had sex every other day during the time of fertile window.  So, if you are trying hard, it is good to be consistent during this window. After all, you may go lucky any day.

Keep a Check on Ovulation

If you are with regular cycles then you ovulate about two weeks before the arrival of your periods. It is quite tougher to predict ovulation in female with irregular cycles, but it generally occurs twelve to sixteen days before the beginning of the next period.  There has been a research that showed that there is wide variety in the lengths of cycles of folks who menstruate, and the time and even duration of ovulation alters over a person’s lifetime. This inconsistency means that it is best to screen ovulation to find out when the person is most probable to conceive.
