It is crucial that you spend time with those you love if you want to be happy and experience a high quality of life. Every day, spend a few minutes conversing with your family members. Every night make it a habit to have dinner with your family. You can also use this time to discuss the events of the day with one another and discover more about your family members’ struggles and challenges. 

If dinner is not possible, choose to eat another meal together. Also, keep in touch for a few minutes each day. If you have young children, maybe talk simply in their room at bedtime. Getting more involved in your loved one’s life will improve the quality of life and make you happier and happier.
