Write a Goodbye Letter

Focus on the Loved Ones That Are Remaining

Keep in mind that your deceased loved one cares about you and would never want to see you drowning in hopelessness. They would want you to live and thrive no matter what.

The truth is, when you lose someone that you love, you’re going to miss them. You’re going to wish you had more time, and you may not understand why they had to go. All of those thoughts and feelings are completely normal.
