Life has two sides to it like a coin. Sometimes it throws opportunities and happiness our way and sometimes it pulls us down. It won’t be a surprise when you wake up and feel as sad and lonely as possible. It is absolutely okay that you don’t feel upbeat and joyous every day because life doesn’t always stay the same. A bad score, a failed presentation, unbearable pressure and many other things can bring people down.

Although it is not okay to stay in that zone constantly because life may knock you down but it’s your decision to get back up. And we have some ideas that you can put into use every time you feel like you’re not the happiest version of yourself. From a sad weekend to a lonely life in a place away from your family, there is nothing that these little resolutions can’t fix.

  • Order a cake

Call your best friend home and have a night stay with them. You can talk about things and divert your mind. You can eat and drink as much as you like. You can have a binge session with your partner in crime and laugh about it. You can click pictures and make the day memorable. You can rant about what’s going on in your life and be happy and calm for the coming few days. 

  • Loads of food

Most of the people these days have started preferring food as presents over flowers and stuff and it’s only because of the growing obsession over delicious food and the reality check that women for men are more interested in food than materialistic presents. You can give yourself a day in the life of a foodie and enjoy. 

  • Popcorn and movie

Enjoy a lovely heartfelt time with some popcorn and a movie by yourself or with your friends and make a memorable day. Don’t worry about repeating a movie you have seen because many of you will agree it is best to see a movie you have already seen and know every second of it because of the pure love for the movie and the emotional connection. 

  • Outdoor clubbing

If being indoors every day for work and other things takes a toll on you and what you require is to go out and have some fun then don’t stop yourself from going to a club or a picnic and enjoying yourself with your friends. Go dancing, eating, making new friends and wearing that perfect attire you bought way before lockdown but never had a chance to wear.
